Now what I wanted or expected. The wreath was nowhere near 22 inches as described more like 16 inches. The flowers were all wilted and dead. I requested a ribbon reading"Beloved Uncle and Grand Uncle" only if it was possible to fit. I even called and spoke to the florist to make sure they understand the request. It did not fit. They dangled the letters off a random bow at the bottom. It was stapled on and all lumped together completely unreadable. I was completely disappointed and embarrassed this was displayed at my uncles wake and funeral. Never again will I use this company.
If only all shopping/floral experiences were this fantastic. Old school charm along with old school (OUTSTANDING) customer service. I could go on and on but I won't. What I will say is that they wildly exceeded my expectations and the recipient was blown away. Bravo Merritt, bravo!
